Terms and Conditions

CONDITIONS

These are the terms and conditions under which we provide you with our freshly prepared meals.

Please read these conditions carefully before submitting your order to us.

These conditions tell you who we are, how we will provide the meals, how you and we can change or terminate the contract, what to do in the event of a problem and other important information. If you think there is an error in these terms, please contact us to discuss it.

WHO WE ARE AND HOW TO CONTACT US

You can contact us by writing to us at brigitte@mapetitecocotte.com.

If we need to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.

Acceptance of your order:

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you an e-mail to accept it, the date on which a contract will arise between you and us.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you in writing and will not charge you for your order. This may be due to the fact that we are out of stock, due to resource constraints which we could not foresee, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the products or because we are not able to meet a delivery time you specified.

We only sell in England.
