Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions under which we provide you with our freshly prepared meals.

Please read these conditions carefully before submitting your order to us.

These conditions tell you who we are, how we will provide the meals, how you and we can change or terminate the contract, what to do in the event of a problem and other important information. If you think there is an error in these terms, please contact us to discuss it.

You can contact us by writing to us at

If we need to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.

Acceptance of your order:

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you an e-mail to accept it, the date on which a contract will arise between you and us.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you in writing and will not charge you for your order. This may be due to the fact that we are out of stock, due to resource constraints which we could not foresee, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the products or because we are not able to meet a delivery time you specified.

We only sell in England.

The products may differ slightly from the photos. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only.

The packaging of the products may differ from that indicated on the images of our website.

A consumption deadline will be indicated on each product. Please be sure to follow it along with all storage instructions available on the website.

Refrigerated products must be refrigerated and can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 72 hours after delivery. They can also be frozen for up to 4 weeks from the date of delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so free of charge up to 2 working days before the delivery time - however we will have to charge 50% of the purchase price if you cancel after this time and 100% if you cancel on the day of delivery chosen.

Shipping costs will be indicated on our website - please refer to our FAQ page.

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. If there is a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the delay.

If you are not present during the delivery, we will leave the products outside your door or in a pre-arranged safe place. However, please ensure that the refrigerated products are refrigerated or frozen as we are not responsible for any deterioration beyond this point.

The product will be your responsibility from the moment we deliver the product to the address you have given us.
