In Haute-Savoie, in the heart of the French Alps, the Montbeliard, Abondance and Tarentaise cattle graze by the chalets. Being granted PDO protection in 1952, it is the only area where the Reblochon can be produced. Between June and October, the animals are kept outdoors on the green pastures, where generous amounts of rain and snow over the winter keep the grass exceptionally rich.
This means that in spring and summer, our Reblochon has a particularly creamy texture. Matured for 4 to 5 weeks, it develops a straw-coloured rind and pink hues during maturation.
The cheese itself is the colour of ivory, with a smooth and creamy texture and mellow slightly lactic flavour, with a hint of hazelnut. The green “dot” on the rind is exclusively used for farmhouse production, and is a pledge of the highest quality.

These cornichons are proper pickles.
These delicious cornichons or gherkins are guaranteed 100% French. Cultivated in the village of Chemilly sur Yonne located 30mn North from the town of Chablis and are 100% naturally grown with no pesticide or herbicide. The cornichons are hand-picked and hand-packaged.

Mont d’Or, also known as Vacherin de Joux and Vacherin du Haute-Doub, is available for only a few months of the year.
During the summer the milk from these cows is used to produce famous large cheeses such as Gruyere and Comte. When their milk yields reduce in winter, the producers begin to create the smaller Mont d’Or, though this is still a milk-hungry cheese requiring no less than seven litres to produce one kilogram of cheese!
Like many of our artisan cheeses, Mont d’Or has a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) to ensure it cannot be imitated.
You can eat it as it is, spooning the gloriously oozy cheese onto your plate. Alternatively, you simply remove the plastic wrapper, place the lid on the box, wrap it in foil and place it in a pre-heated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the centre goes nicely gooey. Cut through the top rind and enjoy scooping out the cheese with fresh bread or with small potatoes.

Our Raclette is made from the unpasteurised cow’s milk collected from the neighbouring farms. It is matured on spruce for at least 8 weeks. The wood gives the cheese a nuttier flavour, and it helps regulate the moisture of the rind. Although perfectly enjoyable when eaten cold, the Raclette cheese truly reveals itself when melted as part of the famous eponymous dish: “Raclette”. It is a traditional Swiss meal cooked by heating the cheese either in front of a fire or by a special machine and scraping (“racler” in French, giving the name raclette) the melted cheese onto potatoes and cured meats.
