We cater for a wide range of occasions — from intimate private dinners and birthday celebrations to cocktail parties, family gatherings, and corporate events. Whether you're hosting 4 guests or 40, we'll design a menu and experience tailored to your needs and style.
It's simple! Just get in touch via our contact form or email us at brigitte@mapetitecocotte.com with details about your event (date, guest count, type of occasion, and any preferences). We'll come back to you with a tailored menu proposal and quote. Once you're happy, we'll refine every detail together before confirming your booking.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time to plan your personalised menu. For larger events or very bespoke requests, 4–6 weeks is ideal. That said, we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute enquiries — just reach out and we'll see what's possible! We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance. For larger events or peak periods, earlier booking is advised to secure your date.
We are based in Brook Green, Hammersmith, and serve clients throughout London. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, send us a message and we’ll confirm.
No — that's the beauty of our service! We offer a premium drop-off model, which means we deliver restaurant-quality food ready to serve. Each dish comes with clear heating and serving instructions. No kitchen or on-site staff required.
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free requirements. Please let us know at the time of enquiry so we can plan your menu accordingly. However, please note that we work with a wide range of ingredients in our kitchen and cannot guarantee the complete absence of specific allergens. For severe allergies, we strongly recommend discussing this with us directly before booking.
We accept payment by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. A deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation, with the balance due prior to your event — full details will be outlined in your quote.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 7 working days before your event date are eligible for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 7 working days may be subject to a partial or full loss of the deposit, depending on how much preparation has already taken place.
