Ingredients: for 16 biscuits
- 2 egg yolks
• 80 g of sugar
• 80 g of salted butter
• 140 g of flour
• 6 g of baking powder
• 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Cream the softened butter with a fork.
2. Beat the yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns white. Incorporate the softened butter, then the flour mixed with the baking powder.
Form a sausage with the resulting dough. Wrap it in cling film and place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
3. Cut the sausage dough into thick slices and place them in a mini tart or muffin moulds, so that they do not spread out.

Bake for 15 minutes at 170 ° C.
