The best Pate à crepes!

  • 400g flour

  • 4 eggs

  • 1l whole milk

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 50g melted butter

  • Put the flour in a bowl with the salt

  • Make a well in the middle and pour in the eggs.

  • Start mixing gently with a whisk and add the cold milk little by little to avoid lumps.

  • Then add the cooled melted butter, mix well.

  • Leave to rest for an hour ideally.

  • If there are a lot of lumps left, you can mix the dough to make it smoother.

  • Enjoy!
