400g flour
4 eggs
1l whole milk
1 teaspoon salt
50g melted butter
Put the flour in a bowl with the salt
Make a well in the middle and pour in the eggs.
Start mixing gently with a whisk and add the cold milk little by little to avoid lumps.
Then add the cooled melted butter, mix well.
Leave to rest for an hour ideally.
If there are a lot of lumps left, you can mix the dough to make it smoother.
